Armal announces the appointment of Christian Roller as new CEO
The Board of Directors of Armal S.p.a. is pleased to announce a change in leadership at the company, effective from the end of March 2024. Dr. Andrea Fornarelli, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, has stepped down, and Mr. Christian Roller has been appointed as the new CEO. Mr. Roller has been granted full authority in representation, operations, and functionality.
The newly constituted Board of Directors of Armal includes Mr. Holger Wirtz as Chairman, Mr. Christian Roller as CEO and Legal Representative, and Mr. Luigi Pupo as Director.
We extend a sincere thank you to outgoing CEO Andrea Fornarelli for his dedicated service and valuable contributions during his tenure.
Hailing from the south of Germany and boasting extensive management experience in both the automotive supplier industry and the portable sanitation industry, Christian is well-equipped to lead us forward into this new chapter.
Mr. Christian Roller, aged 43, brings a wealth of expertise to Armal Italia. His strategic plans for the company involve seamless integration within the TOI TOI & DIXI Group, continual optimization of production processes to drive down costs and enhance synergies, and the implementation of a lean management system.
Mr. Roller's initial impressions of Italy, Certaldo, and Armal were overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the country's beauty, warm hospitality, and the company's impressive technical capabilities. He was warmly welcomed into the Armal family, noting effective communication and synergies between Armal and Sebach, a positive work environment, and recognizing the significant potential of the company.
